About this blog

This blog was set up in August 2009 to keep you up-to-date as Christchurch Art Gallery redeveloped its collection galleries. The galleries, known as Brought to Light, re-opened on November 28, 2009 so you are now able to come in and experience them for yourself. With the doors now open, posts to this blog will cease but it will remain live for those of you who want to know what goes on behind-the scenes of such a huge project.
